DEP Public Hearing on Draft Discharge Permit for Westmorland Sanitary Landfill
March 20 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
The landfill has applied for a permit to discharge treated leechate and condinsate from it’s facility via pipeline to the Monongahela River.
